Me and my partner, Ben, enjoy hiking and backpacking in the Blue Ridge Mountains and around the US. When I’m not outdoors, I enjoy reading a good book and snuggling with my two cats, Cali and Pixel.

I specialize in occupation-based interventions in the adult population. I was a travel therapist for 4 years in various adult practice settings.
